Additional Design Gallery Services Print Materials

Everyone’s needs are different Additional Services are provided so you can customize your design. The following is an outline of common services, if you need a service that you don’t see just ask.

Additional Services area available upon request at any time during your project.

  • Custom Graphics: $30 and up
    Charts and graphics can communicate much more than words alone. Your message may best be described with a graphic or chart. Advice is also offered on how to best get your message across with graphics, so don’t worry if you don’t have all the details figured out.
  • Photoshop Alterations: $10-$90 Per Image
    All submitted images are reviewed to ensure they are suitable for press (correct dpi, scale and format). If the photos you uploaded are not ideal for printing suggestions will be made for photoshop alterations. These usually include color adjustments, background removals, and image scaling.
  • Logo Correction: $30 and up
    Dropping logos into designs can sometimes be tricky. Logo files be submitted in an EPS (or vector based) format. However, not every business has an EPS version of their logo. If your design requires an EPS logo there is an additional charge to re-draw your logo in an EPS format. This service varies in price depending on the complexity of the logo. This includes some "font-based" logos, and may include some font costs as well.
  • Layout Alterations: $30 and up
    If the design you've chosen needs formatting changes to suit your needs, there is an additional charge for custom layout alterations.
  • Custom Photo Searches: $15-$60 per image ($60 per hour)
    If you request a photo search you will receive 2-5 photos to choose from that match or meet most of your criteria. I will work with you to set pricing limits and suggest sites you can search if pricing is an issue. Keep in mind stock photography has it's limitations! I reserve the right to cancel or refuse image searches if they are deemed too difficult to find.
  • Logo Typesetting & Files: $75
    Many of the designs include a Logo Typesetting option. These files may be purchased for future use. The files types included in this service are:
    ◦ 4 Color: eps, jpg and gif
    ◦ PMS (or Pantone): eps
    ◦ Black & White or Grayscale: eps, jpg, png and gif
    ◦ RGB: png & gif
  • Proofreading: $45 per hour*
    Mistakes can ruin the greatest designs! Follow the Proofreading Checklist to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you want even more assistance you can use the Proofreading Services.
  • Copy Writing Assistance: $45 per hour*
    You know your company best, so take the first stab at writing your content and one of our writers will polish the language for you.

All Original Files and Source Files (including photos) are property of Anya Smilanick. Source files are given to the Client in the case of Logos, Exclusive Designs, and Photoshop Altered Client Images.

Payments for all services are due before the final files are delivered.
