The recently added Design Gallery is the perfect solution for business on a small budget or a short timeline. The Design Gallery is an ever-growing collection containing pre-designed print materials and websites available for purchase and customization. Browse through the new Design Gallery and select your next brochure, flyer, newsletter, and more. STEP 1: Choose Your Design

Search the Designs Gallery for a product and design that fits your needs. Once you find the design you are looking for call (310) 483-5294 to go over your design needs. The final quote will be emailed to you, and a 50% deposit will be due before work begins. Once you have placed your order it’s time to develop your content.

If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for you may want to Request a Design or order a Custom Design.

STEP 2: Develop Content

You will be emailed a PDF with your order confirmation outlining the text, photos, color choices, and information needed for your design.

  • Text: You don’t need to follow the exact word count, or text boxes, but the current layout should give you an idea how much text you will need to fill your design.
  • Company Information: Don’t forget your contact information! Submit your contact information for placement in prominent spots.
  • Photos: Your design includes the use of all of the photos that appear in the design. But don’t let that stop you from moving the images around, using your own images, swapping images from another design, or requesting a Custom Photo Search.
  • Photo Swaps: If you have photos that you would prefer to use they can be dropped into the existing layout. Your photos will be reviewed to ensure they are suitable for press; minor brightness/contrast corrections will be made if necessary.
  • Graphics: It's important to highlight new products, sales and awards that your company has received. Up to 3 Free Graphics are included with all of the designs. Check out our Free Graphics Gallery to see what you can add to your design.
  • Color: Don’t let the color get in the way of your perfect design. All designs include a custom color change. Photographic color changes are not included.
  • Logo: Upload your logo and it will be added to your design. If you don’t have a logo you can have a Custom Logo designed for your company.
  • Additional Included Services: Some designs require more customization, so a variety of Additional Services are available.
STEP 3: Customize & Approve

2-3 working days after you have submitted and approved the content, you will be sent a PDF Draft of your design.

Each design includes 2 rounds of changes; during Draft 1 and Draft 2 you will be able to make notes and revisit some of your content if you still have some refining to do.

  • Draft 1: You will receive your First Draft 2-3 working days after your content has been submitted. During this draft your customization is still underway! You will be able to edit your company information, logo, text, photos, graphics and color.
  • Draft 2: You should be closing in on your final design! This is your last opportunity to edit your company information, logo, graphics, photos and text.
  • Final Draft: In this stage you will approve your final changes before you order the final files. Use the Proofreading Checklist to help ensure your design is error free.
  • Additional Drafts: Additional drafts and rounds of revisions are available for an additional charge. Pricing varies based on the revisions needed.

STEP 4: Print

Upon approval of the Final Design you will be sent a press-ready PDF of your design which you can deliver to a printer of your choosing.

Payment for all services are due before the final files are delivered.
